Victoria Court Ads: Immoral?

Have you heard of Victoria Court? It's one of the well-known hotels in Manila offering thematic rooms for overnight occupancy and parties.

Last February, a priest of Pasay complained and called the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to bring down the billboard because he finds Victoria Court ads as an invitation for people to "commit something bad or immoral".

As a response to these allegations, Victoria Court made a post on Twitter saying... "It’s really subject to the viewer’s interpretation..."

Victoria Court uses the hash tag #WHERENEXT in their advertisements. The image below was what the priest was mentioning.

In your opinion, do you find it immoral? How do you assess that advertisement alone?

Now, let me show you their other ads...

Upon knowing the flow of their advertisement campaign, did it affect your perception about the first image presented (After a movie... #WHERENEXT?")?

Do you agree with Victoria Court that the ads are subject to the viewer's interpretation?

Apologies.

My apologies for not updating this blog. I hope that by the end of next week, I can finally gather my "to-post" posts. I will also start typing and sharing my notes.
